The City of Flint progress report came out Monday, and it showed Flint is making some modest progress.  Despite the good news, many are still pushing to get Emergency Manager, Darnell Earley out of office.

The argument isn't over if Earley should leave his position, but when.

Earley has said all along that he wants to return control of Flint to elected officials, but his term is 18 months.

The Flint City Council is trying to get Earley out before that time period is up.

In the meantime, things will stay as is.  The good news is that Flint is making small steps in the right direction.

Do you think that Flint is truly starting to come back after hitting rock bottom?
