Flint Resides May See Increase in Garbage and Street Light Cost in New Proposal

In order to keep our lights on and the garbage picked up, Flint residents may see an increase in cost for new proposal.  Things are tight but we need to turn things around.

Emergency Manager Darnell Early is proposing an increase in the city services to pick up trash and keep the street lights on.  Both are vital to our health and safety.  The two year budget is only being proposed at this time.

At this time, the proposal from the Emergency Manager hasn't been approved or looked over by council members.
