In a nearly unanimous vote Wednesday night, the Flint School Board decided to pink slip all of the districts 41 administrators.

The financial hole that Flint Schools are in is the motivation behind the move, but ABC12 is reporting that not all of the administrators will lost their job.

The schools will still need some administrators to operate, but many feel like Flint Schools have been top heavy since downsizing in recent years.  The pink slips are going out immediately, but each of the admin's will receive a 30 day notice before being let go.

The last few years, we've seen multiple schools closing their doors for good, and countless education cuts.  When (if ever) do you think Flint will be able to dig out of this financial hole we are in, and actually start to reinvest in our schools?
