Flint and Genesee County were in the middle of a very violent storm system last night that reportedly saw numerous tornado touchdowns, and caused plenty of damage.

The North side of Flint and southern Genesee county were the two areas hit the hardest with the storm.  In Flint, structures were leveled due to the high winds, and many residents are still dealing with power outages.

Tensions were especially high in the area after the tragedy in Oklahoma and the tornadoes they dealt with.  Luckily there are not any immediate reports of death or serious injury resulting from the storms.

If you have any pictures or videos of the storm or the damage is caused please email them to me clay@club937.com

We will keep you informed on any relief efforts that are being made to help out the damaged areas.
