Flint's Mark Ingram had a great game last night against the Green Bay Packers. The Southwestern High School alum had a career high game in rushing yards. Is this the start of better days for Ingram?

Since the Heisman Trophy winner entered the NFL, many fans believed Ingram would explode on the field. That hasn't been the case but things could change soon.

Ingram rushed for 172 yards off 24 carries with one touchdown during the Sunday Night game. The success of the running game allowed the New Orleans Saints to win against the Packers. Ingram credits his offensive line.

"We were just clicking. It started with the offensive line. They did a great job of pushing off the ball and creating seams for me to run through," Ingram told Nola.com. "All the credit goes to the offensive line, because without them, tonight wasn't possible."

We're are all ready for the NFL to see the talent Ingram has to offer. After last night's performance maybe he will get more touches. If he continues to produce, could Ingram be a superstar running back in the NFL?
