Flipping Prankster Gets Arrested [VIDEO]

I know you could get arrested for flipping off the cops but this may be a little ridiculous.

Cops and the youth of the world have been butting heads probably since the beginning of time or as long as police have been around. They have been arresting young people for it seems like the dumbest most annoying stuff ever. And this video is proof that this probably will not change for a long time at least.
