She spent the past two years in the paltry No. 2 slot, but Oprah Winfrey is back -- she's been named Forbes' Most Powerful Celebrity of 2013.

The Forbes list reveals the big O raked in $77 million between June of 2012 and the same month this year. Other stars who ranked lower may have earned more, but since the list involves an algorithm that takes into account "entertainment-related earnings plus media visibility (exposure in print, television, radio and online)," the media queen reigned supreme.

Coming in second place this year was Lady Gaga, who earned $80 million and was ranked third in social media (bested only by Rihanna and Justin Bieber).

Director Steven Spielberg came in No. 3 overall thanks to his movie 'Lincoln' and an impressive $100 million in earnings. He's outranked in terms of money only by Madonna, who made $125 million and took the No. 5 slot on the Forbes list.

Meanwhile, Beyonce came in at No. 4, while her husband Jay-Z landed at No. 32.

You can head over to Forbes for the full list of 100 celebs, but here's the Top 10 for your immediate perusing pleasure:
