Future seemed to end 2016 on a good note and in high spirits. But, for the start of 2017, it looks like he's getting back into beast mode.

Earlier today (Jan. 2), the Freebandz Gang leader erased all the pictures from his Instagram page. If that wasn't strange enough, the Atlanta rapper then went on Twitter and issued the following statement: "2017 nobody safe."

That statement alone got fans hype, as many saw it as a warning of new fire music on deck. His last solo release was last February's EVOL. But he followed that up with another statement that, when coupled with the deleted IG page, makes it appear as though the rapper may be going through some issues behind the scenes. "Me & Esco against the world. [I don't] trust none of these people. They all greedy," he tweeted.

Either way, fans are looking at this as a sign of good things to come, with the running joke being that Hendrix makes much better music when he's in his feelings.

The year is already appearing as if it's going to look more like 2015's output than 2016's, when Future only put out three projects. He already has four projects that are slated to drop in 2017, including Beast Mode 17 with Zaytoven, Ape Sh!t with Mike Will Made-It, the Monster 2 mixtape and a Freebandz compilation project.

Future closed out the year by dropping his video for "That's A Check" featuring Rick Ross.
