Young Thug and Future are up to somethin'. The two recently got in the studio together and cooked up some new material.

Thugger and Hendrix took to Snapchat late Thursday night (Sept. 22) to capture their lab work. In the brief clips, seen above and below, you can hear a bangin' instrumental accompanied by Thug's high-pitched delivery and Future's trademark croon. No word yet on what exactly they're working on, or when it'll release, but fans will be pleased to know that two of ATL's hottest artists are collaborating.

These two appeared on Hustle Gang's HGOE mixtape, which dropped a few days back.  Migos and Kevin Hart (under his Chocolate Droppa persona) also make appearances on the project from T.I.'s collective.

In other Future-related news, his album EVOL was recently certified gold. Congratulations are in order for the Freebandz head honcho. The 11-track album was propelled by the Weeknd-assisted track “Low Life,” which the two performed on Saturday Night Live back in March. That track was certified double platinum earlier this month. And if you haven't noticed, after "Wicked" started popping off Future's previous tape Purple Reign, the label tacked that song onto the end of EVOL too.

The first single off Future's new Beast Mode 16 mixtape is said to be dropping in the coming weeks. This past weekend, at the taping of the 2016 BET Hip Hop Awards, Zaytoven spilled some details on what fans can expect from the project’s first offering.

“We should be dropping a single within two weeks,” he said, “and it’s featuring Drake.” Future and Drake, who released their joint album What a Time to Be Alive in September of 2015, just wrapped up their Summer Sixteen tour this past weekend.
