Who ever thought you could not run 2.5 miles with Beer in your system must have not met the Townsquare Media Family. All the stations and a few corporate reps were in attendance Saturday, this was a competition not to see who would win but who would survive.

Louie’s Sports Tavern was turned into a mini crim and the Club was in the center of it.

This was our second time around and I had a chance to capture some kodak moments while everyone was embarrassing themselves with bad bowling and falling for the ‘house rum.’

These moments are what the Club is all about, hope you all enjoy and I hope to see you next time.

Footage has surfaced of the Tornado that touched down in southern Genesee County last night, and daybreak is revealing just how much damage the storm actually did.

Lately it seems like the 1 golden rule in Hip Hop it “Don’t Snitch’, and if you do, you can instantly lose your fan base.

In this case I don’t think neither will lose their fan base, but I think people will start to look at them differently, and I do think they will be in a whole whirl wind of trouble.

A gang member wrote on his Facebook page “God Forgives I don’t..somebody gotta die”.

Another one wrote a Meek Mill lyric with a New York twist on his page “I’m 2 glocks strapped rolling down 112th madison, 116th is the New Iraq.

Several of the members were busted with guns, weapons, drugs and also they are facing several homicide charges.

I have become a huge fan of Instagram and have left Twitter behind. All morning I have been seeing the funniest pictures of LeBron James dunking on Jason Terry and I had to share.  If you don’t have an Instagram account, your life isn’t full of laughter.

So last night during the Miami Heat and Boston Celtics game LeBron James caught an alley-opp that ended with Jason Terry on the floor.  LeBron jumped extremely high and threw down the dunk so hard it got the internet buzzing.  Terry unfortunately has become the butt of everyone’s jokes on Instagram this morning.

So while going through my timeline or news feed on Instagram, I came across the funniest pictures of the dunk.  I have to let you know I didn’t see every one that was made but the pictures below should give you a good laugh.

I feel bad for Terry but I believe this will keep his mouth shut when talking trash about the Miami Heat and LeBron.

The UHatin? program also is out working hard daily to seek sponsorships to put back into communities.

The goal is to be able to provide children with different alternatives rather than just speaking with them about violence.

The goal that UHatin? University is reaching for is to give children hope again, provide them with a voice, provide them motivation, promote education, reduce hate, open programs in communities that need them, be there for them and most of all teach unconditional love.

Uhatin? was started by Brian Afandor and Lance Silver and work side by side with Lance to get things where it’s needed to be for communities all over the world.

Lance is a very dedicated man to make change all over the world and to bring forth funding for the children in the communities

The founders developed a vision to make the world a better place for everyone.

The most interesting part are the many programs to guide children away from violence and drugs.

After an amazing job on Super Bowl 2013 halftime, Beyonce rules the world on the cover of Vogue March 2013 issue.  It is Bey season and she’s back to take her place on top of the entertainment world.  The mother of Blue Ivy and wife to Jay-Z, Sasha Fierce dons the cover as the Queen B.

Beyonce is ready to release her documentary on HBO where she speaks on her miscarriage and other intimate moments with the world.  Recently announcing the Mrs. Carter World Tour, it is only safe to say she’s about to take over everything.  Before Vogue gets the images up on their site, we have a couple for you.

Freeloading has gone to another level with Chinese IKEA stores experiencing bizarre behavior from customers.  If you shop for furniture, you should go out and get a up close and personal experience but not to the point of sleeping on the furniture as if you already own it. 

The IKEA stores in several cities in China are having a problem with large amounts of people just coming by the store to abuse the products.  People are actually going to sleep for several hours on the beds, having game nights, and other ridiculous activities.  This freeloading behavior has to be a prank or a protest because I just don’t understand it.

I hope things get better for the stores and they’re employees.  Can you imagine trying to wake a complete stranger up out of their sleep on your job?

Lil Wayne’s Supra S1W ‘Red’ is now available for all fans of red sneakers.  Lil Wayne announced in 2012 his sneaker deal with skateboard shoe company Supra.  Many were surprised he wouldn’t sign with Adidas or Nike.  Now Weezy’s Supra sneaker is available.

Weezy and skateboard legend Stevie Williams collaborated on the S1W ‘Red’ for Supra.  The upper is full of red pigskin suede and leather with the accent color of white.  The accent color appears on the branding on the tongue, heel cup, midsole, and insole graphics.  The sneaker boast of comfort and premium fabric with the side gill’s padding & SUPRAFOAM technology.

If you’re a fan of skateboarding or Lil Wayne I can imagine you have just placed your order.  For us who are into sneakers and hip-hop, not sure how we should feel about this sneaker.

We feel so many people have been given the Kold Shoulder so to speak and that we are the group that allows those people to feel wanted and belonged. Each design we make has a meaning and message behind it and allows our K$X affiliates to get a look into our lives as well as what we feel people has done to us by giving as the Kold Shoulder like judging a book by its cover, or disliking something because they don’t understand it due to it being abnormal. On Saturday night, Perani Arena in Flint was the site of the inaugural Food, Beer & Wine Fest.

The event, co-sponsored by Townsquare Media and Country Smokehouse, featured over 60 vendors with 145 beers and 65 wines on hand to sample, and also included fares from local, area restaurants.

The more than 800 people in attendance were also treated to live music and a backyard-like, lawn area that featured live sod where they could play games like bean bag toss and giant Jenga.

Kylie Gates, live events manager for Townsquare Media, said the Food, Beer & Wine Fest was based on an idea similar to the Craft Beer Festival put on in Grand Rapids. She added turnout was better than expected with many day-of, walk-up ticket purchases.

Although there will be a second Michigan Food, Beer & Wine Fest in 2013, a date has yet to be determined.

LeBron James becomes a superhero in ESPN and Marvel’s ‘King Of The Rings’ comic book.  Never before has ESPN and Marvel worked together but LeBron James in between the new partnership.  Coming soon, LeBron James will be animated to use his super powers to obtain rings.

No plot of the comic book has been released but the artwork has.  Just from the artwork we can piece together that LeBron James chase for more championship rings will be the central idea of the comic book.  James only has one championship ring which he won the previous NBA season with the Miami Heat.

I think this is a really idea and should draw a lot of attention. Hopefully this will bring back comic books to the forefront.  I remember I use to get Iron Man comics growing up and now I will grab the LeBrom James joint too. [spotted at Complex]
