Genesse County Decides To Cancel School Because of Gunman Prank
Kids that attend school in Genesse county are going to be starting the vacation a little early this year.
Today grand Blanc high School actually went into lock down because a parent of a student receive a terrifying text. The text said something along the lines of shots were being fired in the school and they were hiding in the closet. The incident turned out to be a prank that went a little to far. This has sent out a wave of concern for the safety of the kids especially with the Connecticut tragedy still so fresh in peoples minds. So a post on the Swartz Creek Community Schools Facebook page confirms that school will be canceled Thursday and Friday of this week and class will resume after break.
