Get Ready for the 2016 BET Awards
The BET Awards is back. The annual event will take place this Sunday (June 26) at Los Angeles' Microsoft Theater.
As always, the BET Awards will feature a star-studded lineup of performers and nominees. Among the performers are big names including Future, Bryson Tiller and Usher while the long list of nominees features Drake, Future, Kanye West, Fetty Wap and many, many more.
Drizzy leads the pack with nine overall nods. He's up against Fetty Wap, Future, J.Cole, Kanye West and Kendrick Lamar for Best Male Hip-Hop Artist. In the Video of the Year category, he's nominated twice for "Hotline Bling" and his appearance in Rihanna's "Work." Kendrick's "Alright," Bryson Tiller's "Don't" and Beyonce's "Formation" are also nominated.
When it comes to Best Female Hip-Hop Artist, Nicki Minaj, Lil' Kim, Dej Loaf, Missy Elliott and Remy Ma are vying for the win while Best Collaboration category features Big Sean's "No Games" with Chris Brown and Ty Dolla $ign, Future's "Where Ya At" featuring Drake, the Beyonce-assisted Nicki Minaj track "Feeling Myself," Rihanna's "Work" with Drake and Big Sean's "One Man Can Change the World" with Kanye West and John Legend.
