Help Bring Safe Water to Flint October 9th at the Genesee Valley Center
Townsquare Media Flint, WNEM TV5 and the Genesee Valley Center are all joining forces on October 9th for Safe Water Flint -- a water drive aimed at providing clean drinking water for Flint.
Friday, October 9th the Genesee Valley Center, Townsquare Media and TV5 are running a water donation drive from 7am to 7pm. We will be accepting donated cases of water, from people and businesses alike, that will be given to the Flint Community Schools. Club 93.7 will be broadcasting live from the event, as will a number of other DJs from our sister stations.
It's times like this that the people need to support each other. Please come out and help us put an end to this water crisis.
When: Friday, October 9th -- 7a - 7p
What to Donate: Unopened cases of water or money (which we will use to buy water for Flint schools)
