Alaina Hanoush is a 2 month old who was born with a rare illness called 'SCID'.  She needs a bone marrow transplant to live, and her parents Renee and Andy are asking for help to find a match today.

I received a fax from Renee and Andy Hanoush this morning asking if Club 93.7 could help spread the word about their search for a bone marrow match.  As a parent my heart broke while reading the message, especially the line "Please help us save our baby."

This is something that no parent should ever have to say, and it's difficult to imagine what they are going through.  The silver lining is that Alaina can be saved if a bone marrow match is found in time!

The Hanoush family is asking that everyone come to Grand Blanc High School today between 4pm and 9pm.  You will be tested to see if you are a bone marrow match for Alaina. If you are an exact match, then you could be the key to saving this little girls life.

If you have any questions email helpalaina@yahoo.com.
