The 2016 Made in America Festival at Benjamin Franklin Parkway in Philadelphia was one of the best festivals of the summer and, arguably, the best in its five-year run. The two-day event, which features enough rappers to please any kind of hip-hop fan, has developed into a Labor Day Weekend tradition with thousands of fans swarming to Philly to watch their favorite artists perform. From a hip-hop standpoint, this year's lineup was well worth the money. Lil Wayne, 2 Chainz, Bryson Tiller, A$AP Ferg, DJ Mustard, Chance The Rapper, Travi$ Scott, Lil Uzi Vert, Banks & Steelz, DJ Khaled, Desiigner and more performed in the City of Brotherly Love for a two-day bonanza.

Just like previous years, there were tons of stars who attended to catch a show or hang out. The biggest of them all was undoubtedly former U.S. President Bill Clinton, who was seen chopping it up backstage with Jay Z, BeyonceChance, Travi$ and TDE CEO Punch. There were also plenty more surprising moments at this year's Made in America event. Uzi, the current hometown hero, was once again chased by a mob of fans and Jay Electronica almost started a riot. Desiigner performed a new song on the Tidal stage while DJ Khaled brought out Freeway, Young Gunz and Jay Elec. However, the artists who had the biggest weekend were Chance and La Flame.

If you've never seen a Travi$ Scott concert, you need to as soon as possible. He has one of best stage presences in music and goes completely insane when he's on the stage. During MIA, La Flame gave everything he got for 45 minutes during the mid-afternoon of Day 2. At one point, he performed in a tree and treated the kids to one of the best shows of the festival. He even did songs off his latest album, Birds in the Trap Sing McKnight, which dropped last week.

Chance absolutely crushed his hour-long set during the evening of Day 2 of the festival. In front of a sea of concertgoers, Chano performed a plethora of tracks from his projects like Acid Rap to Coloring Book plus tons of hits he's featured on. During his set, he also sang “Happy Birthday” to Beyonce and Lil Yachty joined Chano to perform their track "Mixtapes"

Overall, this year's Made in America Festival was pretty special, from the celebrities in attendance to the artists giving it their all when they were onstage, plus a peaceful crowd. The bar has been raised.
