After 30 years inside the Detroit Pistons organization, it looks like Joe Dumars will be calling it quits after this season.

For the last 14 years Joe has held the Pistons GM spot, but the inability to win consistently over the last few years has put Dumars on the defensive.

Dumars has enjoyed huge success as Pistons GM, including a championship in 2004 and six consecutive trips to the Eastern Conference Finals.  Those triumphs seem far away now though as current Pistons owner was quoted saying, "Our record does not reflect our talent and we simply need a change."

So will Joe go?  Nothing has been made official yet, but the fact that his contract is up at the end of this season is a huge sign of things to come.
