Is ‘Pokemon Go’ Actually A Digital Cock Fighting Ring?

'Pokemon Go' is taking over the world right now, but is the idea of capturing small animals and making them fight for our enjoyment a new thing?

I have to admit that I have never actually played Pokemon before, and after doing some research, I'm going to sleep easier at night knowing I never partook in this violent culture.

Pokemon is touted as a game for kids to enjoy, and the latest mobile version, Pokemon Go, has become the most popular thing of all time, ever.

While I was doing some investigating into Pokemon Go, I discovered that the innocence of catching these Pokemon animals is only paper thin.  There is a much deeper, darker future in store for these cute anime warriors.

Running around town, catching your favorite Pokemon characters seems fun and innocent.  Things turn dark when it's time to visit a Pokemon gym with your captured Pokemon characters.

Pokemon Go turns into a virtual cock fighting ring, and the last time I checked, cock fighting is illegal in almost all of these United States.

I've yet to find anyone that shares my opinion on Pokemon, but that won't stop me from taking the high road.  If you can find a way to sleep at night knowing that you're contributing to the horrific treatment of these Pokemon characters, then so be it . . . you monster.
