Hey look!  It's another Harlem Shake video!  This time Flint's JaVale McGee leads his Denver Nugget teammates in a weight training shake.

I have a theory as to why the Harlem Shake is so popular, and why it's hung on for so long.  It breaks down into two simple factors.

1. The beat is addictive.  Love or hate the Harlem Shake, you have to dance a little when you hear it.

2. The videos let people use all the dumb masks and props that they've collected over the years.  Think about it, what else were you going to do with that Darth Vader mask or Spongebob t-shirt you bought?
