For weeks, fans have been wondering what this 4:44 project TIdal’s been teasing is. Just the other day, we got confirmation it is some sort of Jay Z project. Now, Hov has officially announced he’s dropping his brand new 4:44 album on June 30 as an exclusive to postpaid and prepaid Sprint members and existing Tidal users.

Tidal is sweetening the deal by offering six months of Tidal HiFi free for new and existing Sprint users. You can sign up right here.

A filmmaker from L.A. named Chris Black is also claiming the entire album is produced by No I.D.

Some sort of 4:44 video/film was previewed during the NBA Finals this year with names like Mahershala Ali, Danny Glover and Lupita Nyong’o, and Yahoo reports 4:44 is part of a movie that will be exclusive to Tidal users. Now, more footage from that film has been released, featuring a new snippet from Jay for a song apparently called “Adnis.” Listen to that below.

“Today is an exciting day to be a Sprint customer,” Sprint president and CEO Marcelo Claure said in a statement. “JAY-Z is a global icon and we’re giving customers an incredible opportunity to be among the first to experience his new album 4:44. Our loyal, existing customers, and customers who switch to Sprint, can experience the album exclusively, plus access a complimentary six-month trial of TIDAL HiFi, giving them access to content they can’t get anywhere else.”

Sprint and Tidal’s partnership will also support the 1Million Project, an initiative from the Sprint Foundation aimed at giving 1 million low-income high school students internet access in an effort to level the playing field and eliminate the “homework gap.” Students who participate in the initiative will receive free mobile devices and free high-speed Wifi while in high school for up to four years. Sprint will also donate $2 from every new line activation with a device purchase or lease up to $1 million to support the 1Million Project.

Jay has a busy summer lined up. He’ll be headlining his own Made in America Festival this year in Philly, along with Austin City Limits and Meadows. When the string of gigs was announced, fans took it as a sign that Hov was gearing up to drop a new album. Now that’s been confirmed.

There’s no word yet on how long the album will be exclusive to Tidal, but as of this writing, Jay Z only has one official album available on Spotify—it’s Unfinished Business, the 2004 follow-up to Best of Both Worlds with R. Kelly. Most of his discography is available on Apple Music and iTunes.
