Jay Z is being sued for using the Roc Nation logo. That’s right, the man behind the Roc is being hit with a lawsuit for putting “Roc Nation” on Major League Baseball apparel.

According to TMZ, the Iconix Brand Group says Jay doesn’t own the Roc Nation logo anymore; Iconix says it paid $204 million for it, and therefore has control over where and when the logo is used–including on merchandeise. Iconix says it never approved any deal for the ROC’s logo to appear on MLB gear.

As a result, Iconix is suing Jay Z, Roc Nation, MLB, New Era, Lids and the San Francisco Giants. The suit is reportedly for at least $10 million and other damages.

Iconix also owns the Ed Hardy, Joe Boxer and Marc Ecko logos.

In other Jay-related news, the rap legend will be among the headlining acts at his Made In America Festival this year. Jay last headlined Made In America in 2012 and this year he shares top billing with his ROC protege, J. Cole.

Also on the bill are fellow rappers Migos, Run the Jewels, 21 Savage, Pusha T, Vic Mensa, DJ Mustard, DMX and others. On the R&B side, Solange, Sampha, They., Kelela, Little Dragon and others are set to perform at the event.
