In a partnership with Creative Artists Agency (CAA), Roc Nation will be representing athletes under sports representation agency 'Roc Nation Sports.' What can't Jay-Z do or well the real question is -- What Will Jay Do Next?

The first talent to be represented under Roc Nation Sports is New York Yankees second baseman Robinson Cano who is in the last year of a $57 Million contract, according to ESPN. This is a major move for both Cano and Hov simply because the sky is the limit for the both of them. It seems that Cano fully understands what he is getting into and looks forward to the end result as well.

"At this point in my career, I am ready to take a more active role in my endeavors on and off the field," Cano said in a statement. "I am confident that the pairing of Roc Nation Sports and CAA Sports will be essential in helping me accomplish my short- and long-term goals. I am making this important decision now so I can keep my focus on helping the Yankees succeed in 2013, while minimizing any distractions for me and my teammates."

Now the kind sir Jay-Z, he has been doing this for a while now. Starting new endeavors is nothing new to the rapper/fashion designer/entrepreneur/Director/ and the list goes on. After acquiring a piece of the Nets and sending them back home to Brooklyn, it seems that Jay's work is done with the NBA. So its on to the next one.
