JAY-Z has been spreading goodwill and positive messages throughout his “4:44 Tour.” At a recent stop in Cleveland, Hov stop the show to give some encouraging words to a young fan in the front row.

In the video above, Hov tells a nine-year-old girl that she can be anything that she’s wants to be, including the next Commander-in-Chief.

“You can be anything that you want to be in the world,” Hov told the young girl who listened intently to his every word. “At this very moment, America is way more sexist than they are racist. But you, young lady, you got the potential to be the next president of the United States. You believe that.”

Afterward, JAY asked the girl to help him count down from nine to one before he launched into his performance of "N----s in Paris."

There have been plenty of highlights from JAY-Z's "4:44 Tour" including most recently when he stopped his Dallas show to address Meek Mill's "harsh" sentencing for violating his parole. He also voiced his support for Colin Kaepernick and slammed Houston Texans owner Bob McNair who compared NFL players protesting during the national anthem to prison inmates.
