Jay-Z to Live Stream His Last Show at the Barclays Center on Saturday

If you're unable to witness the biggest spectacle in Brooklyn, N.Y., which is Jay-Z's residency at the newly opened Barclays Center, don't fret. The rap mogul will stream his last show at the basketball venue live on Saturday (Oct. 6) via the Internet.

Hov announced on Thursday (Oct. 4) that he's hosting a webcast of the concert on his Life + Times YouTube channel at 9:30PM ET. In the video teaser, Jay-Z is drape in gold chains and wearing his bubble-goose hoodie, Brooklyn Nets jersey and matching baseball cap. The music in the background is Jigga's anthemic tune 'Brooklyn Go Hard' (featuring Santigold on the hook).

Jay-Z christened the building on Sept. 29 with a show-stopping performance that featured rap icon and Brooklyn native Big Daddy Kane. Since then, he has performed seven concerts with only one show being overshadowed by Chris Brown and Rihanna's appearance together at the event.

Nevertheless, expect to see a huge turnout of celebrities and performers at the final show. We can't imagined Jay-Z not bringing out his 'Throne' partner Kanye West for a medley of their hits. Although his wife, Beyonce, has been spotted hanging out backstage, we haven't seen Mr. and Mrs. Carter together onstage at the Brooklyn venue. Basically, we are quite sure Jay-Z has plenty of surprises up his sleeves for his last concert, so this is a webcast you don't want to miss.

In the end, Jay-Z sees his eight-show run at the Barclays Center as a celebration for his native hometown. "It's pretty much a celebration of having a team in Brooklyn, you know," he tells MTV News. "Again, everybody knows we hadn't had a team since the Dodgers, so it's really a happy time in Brooklyn."
