Jeezy Da Snowman helped warm the hearts of an Atlanta family going through a dire situation on Thanksgiving. The rapper provided Thanksgiving dinner for a family of 16 who lost their home in a fire just days prior to the holiday.

The Natt family suffered a major loss when their house nearly burned to the ground on Nov. 19. Making the situation worse, the fire happened only days after Victoria and Tavares Natt, heads of the Natt household, brought home their 14th child. Jeezy heard the tragic story and decided to step in and do something about it.

The Pressure rapper came to where the family was celebrating the holiday and catered the whole thing. WSB-TV Atlanta was on to hand capture footage. Jeezy also helped served dinner to the children.

The rapper went a step further and pledged to pay for a hotel for the family through the beginning of the year until they are able to get on their feet. It was all in a day's work for Jeezy.

"Being a part of the community, we all we got," he told reporters. "So, we are constantly looking out for each other. That's what Atlanta is all about."

Jeezy has been giving back a lot lately. In September, he donated iPads to a Georgia elementary school. In July, he ran a 10K in Atlanta along with Mayor Keisha Lance Bottoms to raise money for Atlanta Track Club's Kilometer Kids, Jeezy’s Street Dreamz Foundation and the Mayor’s Youth Scholarship Program.
