Lil Yachty continues to be the subject of conversation and on the latest episode of Complex’s debate show Everyday Struggle, Joe Budden boldly stated that Lil Boat is not hip-hop.

Budden's statement came after he viewed Lil Yachty's new album cover for Teenage Emotions, which features different people, including two men kissing.

"You know how I feel about Yachty. I never want to talk about Yachty. I don't think that Yachty is hip-hop," he said. "I don't think that Yachty's label is hip-hop, and when you're not hip-hop and you're trying to troll or exploit, you get things like this album cover which is to draw attention to music that's not drawing attention."

In the end, Budden felt that Yachty's album cover is a marketing ploy and not authentic to hip-hop.

Lil Boat caught wind of Budden's comments and delivered a subliminal clap back by way of Lil B. The "Peek A Boo" rapper went on his Twitter account and shared Lil B's 2011 diss song against Joe Budden called "T Shirts and Buddens." He also tweeted, "My Mood."

In response, Budden simply tweeted, "F--- your mood." However, he still respected Lil B's diss song six years after its release.
