Justin Bieber Parties Shirtless With P. Diddy, Rick Ross and More in Atlanta

Justin Bieber proves he has no worries when it comes to his troubled life because he was caught partying shirtless with P. Diddy, Rick Ross and more in Atlanta.  Diddy's Atlanta blowout party brought out some usual celebrities but I don't think anyone would have expected to see Bieber. 

Chantel Jeffries, Justin's new girlfriend, joined him to party with Jermaine Dupri, Wale, T.I., and Trinidad James.  TMZ is reporting that the pop star singer stayed away from alcohol only to drink water the entire night.

No official word on how Bieber lost his shirt while in the crowd but he kept partying without it.  I light of his recent legal issues, we're surprised to see the singer partying.  We hope the partying served to release stress and not help him get into any more trouble.
