Kanye West’s Haircuts Are Ridiculously Expensive

Kanye West stays fresh to impress at all times -- even if it costs a ridiculous amount of money. The mercurial rapper reportedly spends $500 every time he goes to get a haircut from his barber. No, that’s not a typo.

Apparently, Rihanna's father, Ronald Fenty, spilled the beans on how Yeezy keeps his coif so well trimmed. He told heat magazine that he noticed West's extravagant hair pampering back in 2010, when the rapper was on tour with Rihanna.

“It’s crazy -- he pays his barber $500 a time,” said Fenty. “I don’t understand how that much hair gets taken off. Kanye just loves the fresh look.”

To put it in perspective, $500 for a haircut a day is $15,000 a month or $182,500 a year.

While we don't knock West for his expensive grooming practice, it's outrageous to think that a daily haircut would cost $500. Honestly, if West would simply buy himself Wahl clippers he could save a lot money. But we digress.
