Latest Area Power Outages And Projected Restoration Times

The powerful storms that rolled through Flint and Mid-Michigan last night left thousands without power.  Consumers has rolled out some of the numbers, along with projected restoration times . . . and no that picture above is not from Mid-Michigan.

• Bay: 5,976
• Genesee: 13,449
• Midland: 11,121
• Saginaw: 3,391
• Shiawassee: 8,795
• Huron: 5,200
• Lapeer: 10,000
• Sanilac: 2,000
• Tuscola: 6,000

Consumers reports that most of the outages will not be restored until late Wednesday evening, but some remote customers could be forced to wait until Thursday.

There are more outages in Lapeer County as well, but no official numbers have been released.
