Lil Wayne had a phenomenal 2011 career-wise and it looks like 2012 will be just as exciting. Weezy went on his Facebook page to announce that he will join fellow rapper Eminem on a world tour. The ‘She Will’ rapper stated he will be visiting Fiji, Australia and South Africa with Eminem on this supposed International trek.

No dates have been formally announced and there’s no word if the rap duo will expand the tour to North America, as well. We expect that if Wayne and Em do embark on this journey, they will most likely hit several major U.S. cities but logistics and scheduling would have to be hammered out first.

Meanwhile, Lil Wayne’s ‘Tha Carter IV’ album has been certified double platinum by the RIAA, which means that two million copies of the album have been shipped in the United States, so far. In actuality, Weezy has only sold 1.7 million units.

It’s a safe bet that he will reach his two million plateau during the holiday season. Weezy’s ‘Carter IV’ is the second biggest-selling album of 2011, behind Lady Gaga‘s ‘Born This Way.’
