Logic has evidently developed a unique friendship with Ellen Degeneres since they met back at the 2017 MTV Video Music Awards, and the two have kept in touch. The Maryland rhymer made his way to The Ellen Degeneres show on Tuesday (April 3) for an energetic performance alongside Marshmello of their hit "Everyday," then sat down with Ellen herself to chat.

Logic begins by dancing on the pyrotechnic set. "Let's go. We made it. We're on 'Ellen' this is crazy. Sing it if you know it," he says. He then goes into the uptempo 6ix and Marshmello-produced tune. "Tell that boy Drake he don't want it with me in Fortnite," the rapper says while concluding the performance, as Marshmello and Ellen then join him on stage.

The pair of talented artists connected to drop the track at the top of 2018, but we did not know that it would be part of the "44 More" rapper's Bobby Tarantino II surprise release mixtape last month, which notched the Def Jam artist his second No. 1 on the Billboard 200 in the past year. The song sees Logic boasting about how his unwavering work ethic over the course of the past few years has finally paid off.

Life hasn't been all roses recently for the Grammy-nominated creative, as he recently confirmed a split with his former wife of two years, Jessica Andrea, through a heartfelt social media post.
