Master P is back with a new army of soldiers for his just released project, The G Mixtape.

The 25-song collection, which is produced by DJ Boosie and BlaQnmiLD, features 25 songs, including his contribution on Usher’s “No Limit” (G-Mix). The tape also boasts cameos from The Game, Lil Wayne, Rick Ross, Yo Gotti and Nipsey Hussle. But the G Mixtape is really an introduction to Master P’s newest soldiers The No Limit Boys.

Among the standout tracks on the project are the elegiac “Heaven for a Gangsta,” the boastful “Like I’m 23,” featuring Rozay, the anti-police brutality song "You Need Me and "I Need You" featuring P's daughter Cymphonique, and the bouncy “Fenessen” (pronounced “Finessin'”), which features the No Limit Boys.

The mixtape comes as Master P is developing a biopic about his life and the rise of his influential rap label No Limit Records during the late 90s. The film, King Of The South: Ice Cream Man, will star Queen Latifah who play Master P's mother.

"It’s a good role and I’m grateful and humbled to have someone like Queen Latifah playing an important role because it meant a lot," he said. “The movie is not gonna be a shoot-em-up movie. It’s going to be a rags-to-riches story. It’s going to be a love story. It’s going to be somebody making it out of poverty. That’s what I want the world to see.”
