Flint activist Melissa Mays stopped by the Club studio to warn residents of the many issues facing the Flint Water Crisis today.

The Flint Water Crisis has been an ongoing disaster for the city for more than two years now. Residents of Flint were warned about the crisis a little too late, and now it seems the crisis is something of the past for mass media outlets.

Melissa Mays has been an activist since 2014 when she first discovered her family was being affected by the crisis. Mays says that the problem isn't just the lead in the water, and is actively warning residents of other harmful contaminates that are in Flint water system.

Mays has taken a stand against local, state, and even the federal government and will stop at nothing to make her voice heard. Mays stopped by the Club studio to talk about her personal experience with the Flint Water Crisis, and what needs to be done to fix the ongoing disaster that has impacted thousands of people.
