We finally have a reaction from the NBA legend Michael Jordan to Miley Cyrus' horrible '23' video.  MJ responds the exact why I did.

I can't believe Miley could disgrace the Chicago Bulls legend and his jersey by acting raunchy and crazy.  Everyone can see her antics are only attention seeking but tasteless.
