A Michigan father is pressing charges against his daughter after she used his credit card without permission to buy a $1200 plane ticket to see her boyfriend in Germany.

According to the Traverse City Police Department the father was notified of the $1200 charge to his card after the bank called him and notified him about the possible fraudulent charge.

After notifying the police about the incident the daughter was taken off of the flight at the Cherry Capitol Airport by the Transportation Security Administration.

Although the teenager was released into the custody of her parents, the father still wants to press charges for credit-card fraud.
