The fight to legalize marijuana in Michigan is now headed to the U.S. Supreme Court thanks to MILegalize.

MILegalize received more than 345,000 petition signatures to help get marijuana legalized, but after legislature changed the signatures were invalid due to the group not getting them collected within the new 180 day limit.

Now the group is taking their fight all the way to the U.S. Supreme Court and is asking the court to qualify the petition signatures and put the choice to legalize on the 2018 ballot.

MILegalize is also getting ready to launch another petition in spring of 2017.
