A Michigan woman is facing felony charges after she stole more than 100 items from two Genesee County cemeteries and used the items to decorate her home.

44 year-old Lisa Corcoran is accused of stealing from 24 graves on six different occasions and stealing 100+ items.

According to police reports the West Vienna Cemetery and the Woodlawn Cemetery were both visited by Corcoran and had items stolen from the grave sites. The crime happened on April 1st and police received four reports regarding stolen ceramic and metal objects.

Corcoran was caught after a witness noticed her driving away from a condo with flowers from porches and back lawns. The witnessed called the Genesee County Sheriff's Office and police were dispatched to the area. Police located the vehicle and Corcoran was pulled over with the flowers described by the witness.

All together 188 pieces of property were seized from Corcoran. Police say Corcoran decorated her place with flowers and other items that were stolen.

Investigators are currently going through all of the stolen property in hopes they can return them to the families. If you believe your items were stolen please contact the Genesee County Sheriff's Office.

Corcoran is currently being held on a $5,000 cash or surety bond at the Genesee County Jail.
