And just like that, Moneybagg Yo's debut album, Reset, is here, which means fans finally get to hear "Say Na," the J. Cole-assisted track Moneybagg first teased with an Instagram post back in August. The track and the album dropped today (Nov. 2).

Before this year, a Moneybagg Yo-J. Cole collab seemed unlikely, but the two ended up hitting up the studio and making it happen. For the track, Moneybagg unloads his typically grimy bars as he spits over a hard-body trap beat.

"Where you been?/Streets dried up, Scottsdale/Pack came in, the box fell/I was in Miami eatin' oxtail/Bitch Cuban, daddy with the cocktail," raps Moneybagg.

From there, J. Cole then jumps in for his verse, injecting a lyrical splash into the track.

"Memphis connect/Temperature check, sick as a bitch/If niggas want smoke/Me and that nigga named Moneybagg Yo is a lit cigarette/Pick up a check/So many digits, this shit just be lookin' like cell phone numbers/What the hell wrong with us," raps the Dreamville Records founder.

If you listen to the track, you already know that Moneybagg and Cole delivered on the collab no one saw coming. Speaking to XXL last week, Moneybagg recalled the chance encounter that brought "Say Na" into existence.

"[J. Cole] was on tour, we was in L.A., and he told me he wasn't supposed to have been at the studio to that day," Moneybagg told XXL. "But his homeboy ended up calling him to the studio. So he get to the studio, I'm coming out the hallway, we bump into each other. So I'm like, 'Yo, I'm working on my first album. It'll be good to have you a part of it. He like, 'Forreal, I'm a big fan.'"

From that point, Cole and Moneybagg linked up in the studio, where some unexpected magic was concocted.

"[Cole] walked right in [to the studio] in less than three minutes and [was] like, 'Yo, pull something up, what you got?'" Moneybagg explained. While some might've expected Cole to stick to his reflective, boom bap ways, the Roc Nation artist had other plans after Moneybagg played him a song he wanted Cole to hop on.

"[Cole] was like, 'This a good song, they gon' rock with it,' but that ain't what I'm looking for," Moneybagg recalled. "I want to come to your world.' So I got the trap J. Cole [laughs]."
