Well, 2018 NBA All-Star Weekend is in the books, and it has been an eventful last few days. The last of the NBA festivities, the actual NBA All-Star Game, went down last night (Feb. 18), and hip-hop put its final stamp on the weekend with Migos and N.E.R.D teaming up for the halftime show performance.

The Virginia crew kicked things off with an extravagant showing that included an array of dancers, musicians, props and even mascots. They got the Staples Center on their feet with a medley of bangers like “Lapdance,” “1000” and “Rock Star.” Next, Quavo, Offset and Takeoff joined the show and, with the help of Pharrell rocking out on the drums and a brass band, belted out a stirring rendition of their collab, "Stir Fry"

N.E.R.D closed the show out with the lit single "Lemon."

As for the NBA All-Star Game itself, Team LeBron got the win over Team Stephen, 148-145. Lebron James won his third NBA All-Star Game MVP award.

Hip-hop has made headlines in L.A. over the weekend for reasons good and bad. A couple of gun-related incidents derailed events for Nipsey Hussle and Rich The Kid, and Twista got involved in a fight.

On the other hand, Quavo has had a weekend to remember, as he earned MVP honors at the 2018 NBA Celebrity All-Star Game, after scoring a game-high 19 points. Snoop Dogg's inaugural Hip-Hop All-Star game went off without a hitch and featured some of hip-hop's brightest stars.
