Naked High School Student Asks Miley Cyrus To Prom [Video]

Matt Peterson is an old friend of Miley Cyrus, and figured that he would ask her to prom, but to make sure it would catch her eye, he did it naked.

"Old Friend" might not be the best way to describe Matt's relationship with Miley considering he met her one time when he was a kid.  She did give him a shout out at one of her concerts though, so maybe this whole prom thing has a chance.

Matt is a huge fan, and sent Miley a bunch of roses along with this very revealing video.  The first couple minutes are mostly normal, but then the foam finger comes out.
