Nas and J Dilla's video for "The Sickness," from the late studio maestro's posthumous album, The Diary, has just dropped and the visual is just as dope as the song.

Colorful and creative, the vibrant video is directed by RuffMercy and features images of both Dilla and Nas, with Dilla tapping out a beat on an imaginary beat machine. The legendary producer-rapper died in February 2006 from Lupus.

"I got the MJ disease cuz MCs wanna be me / If I spit anything it's gonna be heat," raps Dilla over Madlib's head-nodding beat.

Nas debuted "The Sickness" in March at the 2016 SXSW Music Festival. The Diary dropped earlier this month on PayJay and Mass Appeal Records, and features contributions from Snoop Dogg, Bilal and Frank and Dank. Producers Pete Rock, Nottz, Supa Dave West, Hi-Tek, Karriem Wiggins, Madlib and others assisted with the production.
