Nas is on an award tour as he continues to promote the 20th anniversary album 'Illmatic XX.' On Monday (April 7), the Queensbridge, N.Y., native appeared on the 'Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon' to perform a couple of tracks from the new LP.

With some assistance from Q-Tip and the Roots, Nas performed his melodic track 'One Love,' which was produced by the Abstract, himself.

Nas was dressed in attire similar to the gear he rocked 20 years ago: skullie cap, heavy coat and Timberland boots. Q-Tip, meanwhile, donned a camouflage coat, gold sneakers and some cool rose-gold shades.

Together, Nas and Tip were able to take audiences down memory lane with the song, which is dedicated to those on lock down.

As a web exclusive, the dynamic duo returned to perform the Pete Rock-produced anthem 'The World Is Yours.' This time around, Q-Tip, Nas and the Roots added a jazzy twist to the anthemic street ode.

Next stop for Nas is the Coachella Music Festival this weekend where he will perform 'Illmatic' in its entirety.

Nas’ 20th anniversary edition 'Illmatic XX,' which boasts unreleased demos, rare remixes and freestyles, will hit stores on April 15.
