Nearly 2,000 Flint Homes Are Receiving Water Shut Off Notices [Video]

Flint residents have had to deal with more than their share of water woes this year, and now the city is sending out nearly 2,000 shut off notices for people behind on their payments.

Let that soak in for a minute.

The city that over charged for water for so long, that a judge had to order that the rates be reduced.

The city that is caught up in the middle of a water scandal that may have exposed thousands of kids to high lead levels in the water.

They are going to turn off the water supply to people.

Most of the people have chosen not to pay their bills due to all of the controversy that is still being exposed about the Flint water supply.  The city says that people have to keep paying their water bills, no matter how dangerous the water may be.

The city is currently $4 Million behind the collections from water bill at this point last year.

The entire Flint water situation has been a tragedy of errors from the beginning, and this move is just a slap in the face to the people who were put in danger in the first place.

We made this video as a joke to point out how bad the Flint water situation has been handled, but the longer this goes, the more I realize that maybe this is something they really considered.
