You should probably never email your fans horrible words. Well, James Dolan, New York Knicks owner, did not get that memo and went in on a fan via email. You'll want to share this one.

In an email, Irving Bierman, criticized Dolan over the decisions he's made during his time as owner. Bierman said in his email,

"At one stage I thought that you did a wonderful thing when you acquired EVERYTHING from you dad. However, since then it has been ALL DOWN HILL. Your working with Isaiah Thomas & everything else regarding the Knicks. Brnging on Phil Jackson was a positive beginning, but lowballing Steve Kerr was a DISGRACE to the knicks. The bottom line is that you merely continued to interfere with the franchise."

As you would expect Dolan was too happy about the email. When the Knicks are losing and fans are taking shots at you, frustration settles in. Dolan took to his email to respond to Irving and it has since gone public.

"Why would anybody write such a hateful letter. I am.just guessing but ill bet your life is a mess and you are a hateful mess," Dolan wrote. "What have you done that anyone would consider positive or nice. I am betting nothing. In fact ill bet you are negative force in everyone who comes in contact with you. You most likely have made your family miserable. Alcoholic maybe. I just celebrated my 21 year anniversary of sobriety. You should try it. Maybe it will help you become a person that folks would like to have around. In the mean while start rooting for the Nets because the Knicks dont want you. Respectfully James Dolan."

I think this email was response should have never been sent but I understand his frustration. Dolan has to understand other fans will see it and could potentially lose support. Knicks fans are die hard but this may turn them off. Remember, whatever you send out publicly can be used against you.
