Separated from his wife, Cardi B. Album pushed back. This is not how Offset planned on closing out the new year. The Migos member recently made another attempt at apologizing for his wrongs in the relationship, this time publicly.

On Friday (Dec. 14), Set's born day, the Atlanta rhymer hopped on Instagram to share a heartfelt apology. "I only have one birthday wish. That is to get my wife back, Cardi B," he starts in the video. "We going through a lot of things right now. A lot of things in the media. I want to apologize to you, Cardi, you know I embarrassed you. I made you look crazy, doing things I ain't have no business. Partaking in activity that I shouldn't have been partaking in. And I apologize for breaking your heart, breaking our promise, breaking God's promise and being a selfish messed up husband."

The whole situation has given the rapper perspective. "I'm trying to be a better person," he adds. "I want to get this off my shoulder, I want to get this off my back. I apologize to you, Cardi. I love you Kulture, I want to spend Christmas with you. I want to be able to spend the rest of my life with you. I apologize, I'm sorry for what I done to you. I didn't fuck that girl, but I was entertaining it. I apologize. I love you and I hope that you can forgive me."

Following his Instagram apology, Offset hit the stage with 21 Savage at 2018 Rolling Loud Los Angeles show. During a break in the action, Savage directed the crowd to chant, "Cardi take Offset back."

Bardi announced the split and pending divorce on Dec. 4. Shortly afterward, allegations of infidelity arose. Last weekend, Offset admitted to missing his estranged wife and expressed his desire to spend the holiday with her and their daughter despite the current circumstances.
