Sheboygan, Wisconsin is a town of about 50,000 just north of Milwaukee, and though it may seem like a sleepy town, it's a hotbed of the weirdest crime in America. At least, the weirdest real crime you can follow on Twitter.
Head and shoulders above the rest is @sheboyganscan. The crime tends to be a lot of car accidents ("car v. deer"), also some of the most small-town, David-Lynchian crime out there.

A police officer in Texas is fighting to keep his job after he was arrested for drunk driving in his marked patrol car. Someone spotted the cop slumped over the steering wheel of his patrol car. He was off-duty and in plain clothes so it was weird that he was in his police car.
Officers saw the man driving and pulled him over. They could smell alcohol on him and he also looked intoxicated. He was arrested and is on administrative leave.
Police in Arizona are looking for a man after he attacked a woman and bit her foot at a Target store. The woman was walking in the food aisle when the man walked up to her, dropped to the floor, and started biting her foot. She was able to kick the man off and ran for security, but the guy was able to take off.
The woman went to the hospital and got a shot and antibiotics to prevent an infection. Bites are taken seriously because the human mouth is full of germs and bacteria. No blood was drawn, but the man's teeth broke through a few layers of skin and left scratches as well as a strong burning feeling.
Police are looking at surveillance video from the Target store and plan to catch the man soon.
I know some new mother's take photo's of their newborns nude, but this is kinda weird to me. Anyone else?
So am I the only one who thinks this is weird? Clueless actress Alicia Silverstone feeds her 10-month-old son by chewing up food in her mouth then spitting it directly into his like a bird and she posted a video of it on YouTube.
Alicia posted the video on her blog claiming it's her "favorite" way to feed her son Bear Blu. She adds, "He literally crawls across the room to attack my mouth if I'm eating."
