According to a recent Facebook post by the St. Clair County Sheriff's Office, two raids in the city of Port Huron resulted in the seizure of  more than $6,500 worth of drugs.

Police in Port Huron, MI raided two apartments and seized heroin, fentanyl, and crack cocaine.

Officers completed the two raids in the 2000 block on Military Street and seized $5,000 worth of heroin, $1,000 in fentanyl, and crack cocaine valued at $400. Marijuana, drug packaging items, scales, money, and cell phones were also confiscated during the raid.

The raid led to the arrest of five people. Two men were from Detroit, ages 21 and 44 were arrested along with three people from Port Huron aged 32, 35, and 43.

The five arrested are currently being held at the St. Clair County Intervention and Detention Center.
