Rapist Discovers His Victim Has HIV

Richard Thomas will find out on Friday whether he has contracted the incurable disease from the woman he attacked.

Richard got the shock of a lifetime and actually collapsed when the medical status of his victim was read to the courtroom. He will has to wait until Friday to hear back the results for his own HIV test.

After drinking heavily taken ecstasy, and cocaine Richard let himself into his neighbors house where she was sleeping. She a woke to find him in the middle of the act of raping her from behind. There were no words exchange during the ordeal according to police records.

Richard was so intoxicated that he doesn't even remember the attack, but said his neighbor would not lie so he must have done it. He has been sentenced to serve five years and four months behind bars.
