Rapper Beanie Sigel Shot This Morning, Tweets Picture of Doing Well in Hospital

Rapper Beanie Sigel got shot this morning in New Jersey but seems to be doing well. Twitter image has surfaced of the rapper doing well in the hospital smiling. 

The former friend of Jay Z, Sigel has struggled to make it back in the lime light without trouble. No official word has been released to what caused the gun shot wound. Reports said he was shot in the stomach but nothing officially released.
