Social media has changed the world entirely. Whether Instagram, Facebook or Twitter, social networking has indulged our voyeuristic tendencies, taking celebrity culture into overdrive. Cell phones have become small, black windows into our favorite rappers' lives, shining a light on moments both intimate and otherwise. Just look at Snapchat king DJ Khaled, who documented the birth of his son Asahd via the app in October 2016.

The kids of hip-hop stars offer even more access to artists, merely by their proximity. While Asahd is not even 2 years old yet and is surely not programming his own Instagram account (yet), there are other rap kids who provide a unique insight into their parents' lives, all while capturing their own.

While some—such as Eminem’s daughter Hailie Jade or 50 Cent's son Marquise—aren’t particularly chasing the limelight, others such as Diddy’s sons (King Combs, Justin Combs and Quincy) are using Instagram to carve their own lane and legacy. Nas' daughter, Destiny Jones, shows off her love of cosmetics (and her own lipstick brand, Lipmatic) via her IG account when she's not posting flicks with her legendary dad. Meanwhile, T.I.'s kids—daughters Deyjah and Heiress, and sons Messiah and Domani—provide a real-life extension of the now-discontinued VH1 hit reality TV show, T.I. & Tiny: The Family Hustle on their accounts.

Until Seven Sirius Benjamin (son to André 3000 and Erykah Badu) joins IG, XXL takes a look at some of the best accounts to follow that are maintained by rappers' children.
