Drew Carney is a reporter in Portland who drew the assignment of covering a USA, World Cup party.  Carney took his job seriously, and came prepared to celebrate a great moment in US Soccer history.

The stage was set perfectly for Carney who started to do his report just as Ghana had evened the match at 1 goal apiece.
